Do you revisit properties?
Properties are reassessed when they renovate, change operator, or when reader reports suggest the published score no longer holds.
What if something here is wrong?
Send the property name and the specific error to [email protected]. We verify every report and update the page when it stands up.
Do you cover properties outside this region?
We publish on Manila's Entertainment City and Clark exclusively in this edition, and only add a property once the full rubric has been applied to it.
Is a lower score a bad hotel?
Read the score as a relative position, not a pass mark. The lower-scored properties frequently serve a specific traveller better.
